The chickens have grown heaps over this experiment. There has been some bumps in the road but all in all they have done great! Here are some pictures that show how much more bigger they are now compared to when they were in the $5 tent.
Dane has put on 461 grams through the last 3 weeks!
Kurltey has put on the second most weight, putting on 400 grams!
BB don't forget to mention how smelly the pen of the chook you are feeding the scraps to was on the weekend - Lesson: Clean out pen DAILY, especially when temperature is above 25 degrees Celsius. Can't wait till chooks move into Henhouse Hilton which is more than 100metres from house!!!
